I usually do an outdoor meditation every Sunday morning at Taman Suropati but this Sunday is slightly different. After the first meditation, this pretty yellow street cat came to us and stayed there for most of our meditation session. She stayed for a while next to my friend while I kept pampering her but she left before the second meditation. While on the second meditation, I felt something pulled my back pocket and voila! there she was sleeping behind my back while I was meditating and yes, she slept peacefully, felt so much comfort.
I look at her, rubbing her belly, smiling and put her closer to my leg for her to lay down while continued rubbing her belly — happy nap she had. She was so relaxed as if she was my animal friend who stayed at my house. It was an enjoyable, relaxing view, not just for me, but for all of us.
It was traffic on my way back home, so I decided to post her photo to my instagram. I look at the photo once again before posting, did a bit of editing, and I realized on how comfortable she was, how much she trusted me to change her sleeping position to make her feel more comfortable.
“Trust, Secure, Peace and Happiness”

“If a stranger (not just animal but us, human) feels peace, secure, happy and trust to me, then why can’t I trust myself who’s perfectly made by GOD in HIS Eyes for the life purposes HE creates me to do?
I’m sure each of us have been in a situation where a random stranger would just tell his/her story that sound personal. And perhaps, yourself is just like that stranger, whose suddenly feel “connected”, feel “safe and happy” with someone whom you just met for few minutes or hours?
Everyone is created PERFECT the way they are whether you’re small/tall, skinny/fat or whatever judgement that society and you create. It’s our insecurities, egos, failures and negative belief systems that we build ourself from, are slowly destroying our wonderful soul, healthy organs and cells, and beautiful mind.
GOD make us perfectly, but ourself judgement make us loathes ourself. I’m not perfect in your eyes, but I’m made perfectly by GOD for those who need “someone” like me in their life. I’m not only for “one” person, but I’m a reminder for those who needed me to give lessons in their life, sometimes, I become you, your mirror and you become me, my mirror.
The truth is that, we are good enough for others, but we are not accepting ourself fully as who we truly are. Society doesn’t make us who we are, we made ourself.

Let’s make peace with ourself, let’s learn more about ourself rather than investing more time for ourself to absorb those judgments. We have to accept the good, the bad, the best and the worst of ourself. Deep inside of our heart, is a heart of gold — pure, innocent and shining with unconditional love. Let’s back to basic version of ourself when we were just a little kid and love ourself wholeheartedly with confidence and positive attitudes; self-love.
You can start to embrace yourself at anytime you want although you are not ready. There is no right time to be ready; as long you’ve strong willingness, at any matter of minutes, you can change yourself. Let’s start transforming ourself :)
